company. I understand I can start working for new employer right after I get
H1B transfer receipt notice. But I have some task I would like to complete
before working for new employer. Is there a requirement I must start working
for new employer on the day H1B is approved? or I can start any day after
that?

law do I need to start on the day H1B transfer is approved? or I can wait
for any date after that? I would prefer to wait even after H1B is approved
since I still get some task I'd like to complete for current employer.
