，告知被拒。据信中写道：
The applicant may remain in the current nonimmigrant status until the
expiration date indicated on the form I-94 (注：我的I94上的过期时间是2014年
10月）. however, should the applicant fail to maintain nonimmigrant status,
or should the current nonimmigrant status expire, the applicant must depart
the US. Failing to maintain valid nonimmigrant status or remaining in the US
beyond the expiration of non-immigrant status will affect the applicant's
ability to return to the US in the future. If the date listed on the I-94
has already passed, this notice of decision leaves the applicant without
lawful immigration status and the applicant is hereafter present in the US
in violation of the law and is required to depart the US immediately.
我目前的状况是已经拿到新的offer了，新公司的attorney正在帮我申请新的H1b，明天
就会通过premium process 递交。
请问
1. 我是否需要立即离境？因为机票什么的都没有买，拿到I-539的据信后是否有一段时
间的grace period（我最多需要两周来准备回国）？
2. attorney告知我需要在美国本土外重新申请H1b，因为担心在国内的大使馆/领事馆
拿不到合适的时间，请问我是否可以选择中国和美国之外的第三国（我的前一个H1b也
是在此第三国拿到的）？
