CCU Treasurer Job Description
Chinese Career Union is a non-profit organization, aiming at enhancing
Chinese students’ job-hunting skills. Founded in June 2012, the union has
received well reputation by Chinese professionals and students. Now, as we
officially registered in State of Michigan, we are seeking a treasury
volunteer to help us manage all cash and treasury activities of the union.

Below is the job description of Treasury Position. Responsibilities include,
but are not limited to the following:
* Planning and organizing programs to ensure effective cash management;
* Reporting and monitoring all daily cash inflows and outflows, including
donations, organization’s depository and disbursement banking relationships;
* Assisting with the preparation and presentation of the organization’s
financial forecasts;
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
This job is report to CCU board members and it’s a non-supervisory position

* Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings;
* Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and
documents;
* Monitor and manage the use of organization seal;
* Liaise with internal staff at all levels;
* Coordinate project-based work;
