I asked Fragomen and they confirmed that the only thing they receive back is
the original H-1B filing documentation they sent and that's all, so no
notice or other formal confirmation of the rejection except the returned
case documents.
I remembered someone reported here that I USCIS notice was included in the
returned package.Anyone have any ideas? |
