标 题: 一个通过ELIS填I-539表的问题（H1B to B2)

帮LD转换身份，H1B 辞职后想玩一个月再回国，需要转成B2.LD有个2012批准NIW I-140
,现在填I-539有点问题了。
问题1：Are you, or any other person included in this benefit request,
currently an applicant for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status?
这个我想应该填NO
问题2：To your knowledge, are you, or any other person included on this
benefit request the beneficiary of any other nonimmigrant or immigrant
application or petition?
这个我想应该填YES，可是填YES的话，接下来的问题变成： Name of the person
included in this benefit request application who filled the application for
the non-immigrant or immigrant visa:
可是我们没有fill application for the non-immigrant or immigrant visa，所以这
个问题2不知道怎么填。
纸质版的I539很简单，就是问你交140没，然后再问交485没，这个在线的问题反而设计
得不清不楚。
