senior mts.
-I guess package is above average (not like google, fb..)
-team is for system low level device os, networking, drivers..mainly in c.
-about 1/3 indians.
senior: need to know usb protocol and os in deep. (drivers..)
NCG: know os basic from system call down to system drivers...
Hope more chinese here...

The manager is nice, not much push..no on-call...

new graduate: member technical staff :(MTS: several levels). maybe senior
if really good. Not sure the amzn. most likely better than msft.
position is related to low level os, networking, drivers...(c)

我刚面过vsan group，onsite 4个interviewer全是阿三
其中有个阿三竟然要我把buddy system的data structure code出来，就是那几个list
，不同density的bitmap，还要写一个init的API把data structure的初始化写出来
这个难度可不是一点点。。。
