算争取一下后者，因为我后两年常年不在美国，简历上mailing地址写的是一个朋友的
（他帮忙收信），这个地址和公司恰好在一个城市，但是我的东西都在学校（另一个城
市），肯定是要长途relocate的，这些我之前和HR和面试官都说过~~~
想问一下这样negotiate可以吗，附上待发的邮件，也请大家看一看，签字前有没有其
他需要问的，lz是new grad，没有什么经验，谢谢大家了！

Thanks a lot for the good news. I really appreciate this opportunity to join
the team. During the interview I am impressed about everything I heard
about it.
Now I have a few quick questions regarding the details of the position, I
was wondering if you could help me to clarify it.
- Relocation: my current mailing address is in AA since I spend most of my
time overseas in the past two years, so my friend in AA is taking care of
all the mails for me. However, most of my stuff are still at school (BB), so
after graduation I will need to relocate from BB. I was wondering if it is
possible that the company can help with the moving expense?
- Benefits details: I was wondering if it is possible that I can have more
information regarding the benefits other than healthcare. It would be great
if I can have a copy of the employee handbook which contains more details (i
.e., paid vacation time, 401k, etc).
- Work Schedule: It would be great if you can describe the typical schedule
at ***. Is it a fixed 9-5 or more like a flexible schedule?
- Visa and Green card sponsorship: As most of the international students I’
m currently holding a F1 student visa, which means that I can work on OPT
after graduation for a while, but eventually I will need sponsorship for H1
(usually files in each April). During my visit the interviewers mentioned
that this is not a problem here, but I just want to double check with you to
confirm it.
Also for the green card, I was wondering what kind of policies the company
has regarding GC application? , since I have a PhD and several publications,
would it be possible to file Eb1b (sponsored by the company) at a certain
time point?
