the exclusive right to represent me for the below contractor opportunities
on the effective date listed below. This exclusive authorization will be
effective for 30 days. Any other company which submits my name or resume for
such assignments during this period has done so without my authorization
and consent. By completing and submitting this form, I confirm that XXXXX
has the exclusive right to seek staffing assignments for the
below specified project(s) for me within the term of this Authorization.
Also, I agree not to approach the client directly and by pass XXXXX
efforts. I’m ok with $30 (1099) Any breach of this agreement by me will
make me liable for monetary compensation to XXXXX, equaling the amount of
lost business, to be determined by XXXXX.

那个30是时薪，我觉得有些低，另外”any breach of this agreement“说的不清楚。
岂不是他们说什么就是什么了？我发信问对方，对方没有写信回复我，而是打了个电话
给我说什么都没问题。我不太相信，因为是个阿三。深怕他忽悠我。
高手给些建议吧。我想放弃，不管这个了。 |

品了一下觉得味不对，才发现是顶顶有名的ICC还是IIC。。。
感觉除非是没选择了，否则不去吧。
