Should our post-OPT (c,3,b) application be sent to the Phoenix or Dallas
lockbox?
Why we have so many different service centers? I'm a little confused if I
mailed my application to the wrong place, my package is delivered today but
I didn't get any notification.

I don't know the answer to other questions. I am hoping somebody else can

however, the phoenix and dallas center are only transfer centers, the
applications to these two transfer centers will be reallocated to those four
centers based on the address on the I765 form.
