employment with the Company for any reason, the Employee will not, directly
or indirectly, as an agent, consultant or employee of another person or firm
, solicit any customers or prospective customers of the Company. This
restriction shall not apply to the Employee directly pursuing strictly a
single service based position for himself/herself working as an independent
contractor.
(i) "Customers" shall mean any and all persons to whom the Company and/or
such parents, and subsidiaries have sold products and/or rendered services
at any time during the term of this Agreement or the six (6) month period
immediately preceding the date of execution of this Agreement.
(ii) "Prospective Customers" shall mean any and all persons with whom the
Company or such parents, and subsidiaries have engaged in discussions for
the sale of products and/or provision of services during the term of this
Agreement or the six (6) month period immediately preceding the date of
execution of this Agreement.

the important one is when you leave company, do not ask your friends to
leave as well :) but no one cares as long as you are not sending email to
