太长，摘要一下：
共和党严重意识到自身在高科技领域的不足，没有足够的高科技人才来做选民数据库，
有目的的投放广告，鼓励选民出来投票。同时共和党这个名字在高科技公司也很不受待
见。以前facebook工作过的Andrew Barkett 现在受聘于republican national
committee和共和党的Data Trust公司，目的是要改进共和党的voter file。
这个公司从2013年10月到2014年有17 million的经费，但是现在只招到12个人，同时
barkett也只为republican national committee招到14个人。他们需要talented的码工
来做big data方面的工作。
如果我们华人码工能进入共和党的national committee，可以有机会近距离接触共和党
的高层议员，让我们的声音被听到，也能让共和党意识到华人码工这个巨大的群体的利

Here is a message from a data scientist proposing internships:
My name is Azarias, and I recently moved to Washington DC to help the
republican party build its data and technology platform in preparation
for the 2016 presidential elections. I did my PhD in CS at UMich, and
spent some time in silicon valley.
My team is working on the tech and analytics platform that will be used
for the 2016 presidential election. I wanted to reach out and see if any
of your students would be up for some interesting
internships/collaborations we have just opened up. I reached out to you
because your area is relevant, but this is open to other students at
as well, and please feel free to pass along.
These opportunities are located either on Capitol Hill in DC or silicon
valley (students choose), and students will be directly involved in
creating data products and infrastructure that will be the core of the
upcoming presidential campaign. We have two kinds of positions
1. Data Engineering/Stats - Machine Learning, CS/Stats, big data foo
2. Software Engineering - Building platforms, APIs and applications
We are looking for grad students, as well as advanced undergrads.
Students currently researching statistical methods, big data, predictive
analytics or building amazing software might find it interesting to
build systems that will touch 200M+ Americans in short two years and
impact presidential politics.
