众所周知,老印的简历都是注水的,只要问点细节问题立马露馅儿。Group Feedback的
时候我就说,his performance during the interview seems inconsistent with
what's on his resume. when I challenge his answer, he was defensive and
appeared to be trying to cover up something. I am not sure he would be a
good fit for our team. I also have concerns on his integrity. 大概话说的有点
重,Hiring Manager事后特意过来打招呼,感谢feedback,还解释了一下phone
screening时他本人太忙,是手下一小孩做的。
还有个经验就是,要抢着第一个发言,给后面的人定调子。其实很多interviewer都是
无所谓的态度,跟着前面发言的风向走。

J****R 发帖数: 373 | 4 这个说到点子上了。但也要注意保护自己,留下确凿证据,防止烙印的内线咬你。
我的感觉是用这种招数对付一部分烙印有用,另一部分吹的水平更高的,就得用他们对
付老中的方法:引导一下,让他吹高兴了,然后冷不防来一个完全不对路的问题。这种
情况下10个有9个得懵,因为人的思路在一个方向走的比较顺的时候,很难瞬间调整到
一个完全不同的问题上。他那面一含糊,你就一带而过,开始问下一个问题。等把他的
思路打乱了,破绽就容易抓了。我不止一次被这样黑过。。。。。
