Evidence to establish that you maintained your student status in the U.S. at
the time your H-1B petition was filed. You may provide a combination of the
following or similar types of evidence, including but not limited to:
1. Copies of your pay records (leave and earnings statements, and pay stubs,
etc.) for the last two pay periods prior to the filing of your H-1B
petition.
2. Copies of your most recently issued payroll summary, W-2, evidencing
wages paid to you.
3. Copy of any employment history records, including but not limited to,
documentation showing the date your were hired, dates of job changes, i.e.
promotions, demotions, transfers, layoffs, and pay changes with effective
dates; and/or,
4. Statement attesting your current employment status, performance, and/or
work history.
不知道为啥要证明我身份合法但是补充的材料却是pay stub这些。
我看其他大部分case都是因为小公司，或者要求提供职位和学历之间的联系。貌似还没
找到我这种case。我学期期间离境过一个月。opt pending时候回国，approve了之后让
朋友寄EAD卡回来拿着EAD和offer letter入境。不知道这有没有关系。。。不知道为啥
被这个RFE，心里没底，求经验。。。 | L***s

i-20, i94都交了, EAD copy都交了，太奇怪了
