Just tell your Dean you were just helping to build up a very competitive
student for a great image of the department.
Rejection least at one offer should be put into their graduation requirement
. This definitely will help to level up the ranking for the school. Berkley
students all get 5 offers before granted the degree. BTW, I believe if that
Dean got a offer from MIT when he was bout to join, he would just turn down
the offer from UCSD after thinking for 3 second with his knees. But he just
did not get a better offer.
