The reform will not affect Indians in the U.S. as much as it will affect
Indian companies in India that are IT tech-reliant, because the draft bill
that was passed doesn’t affect American companies. It doesn’t affect most
people that are in the U.S. already. It will only affect Indian companies
who will send people to the U.S. in the future, and those Indian companies
that have more than 50 percent or 30 percent of their employees with H1 and
L1 visas respectively.

Summary of H1B Visa Changes, Green Card, Startup Visa in 2013 Comprehensive
Immigration Reform :
The annual H1B Visas cap for highly skilled workers will be increased from
65,000 per year to 110,000 per year.
The advanced degree H1B cap for STEM degree holders from US schools, will be
increased from 20,000 to 25,000 visas.
There are provisions mentioned in the bill that the H1B cap could be
potentially increased to 180,000 per year, if there is extreme demand for
highly skilled workers that fiscal year.
More stringent rules on H1B Visa approvals for companies that have about 15%

A new 250,000 merit based visas to immigrate to USA. The point system will
be based on education, employment, length of residence in US, etc. The 55,
000 diversity visa lottery program that is currently used today will be
removed to cater to needs of employment and merit.

For all those abusive commentors -
We have every kind off people in every country. If you may have encountered
few fraudster H1Bs,it does not mean every one is a fraud.Also H1B is a visa
giving work authorization to every other foreign national (non US nationals)
and not for just Indians. It has a quota limit of 60K per annum and is
shared by all non US nationals. Please DO NOT generalize people.
1) I would like to point one imp thing - 30% of all startup IT companies in
silicon valley are started by Indians and from #s you can easily make up
that they can't employ all Indians...and so they have a majority of American
employees in their firms as well.But they never complain.
2)Also,for informational purposes to all those who are unaware. A position/
job is made open for an H1B visa holder only when a company can not find
suitable/eligible citizen candidate. But they never complain.that they are
not given opportunity for other positions.
Foreign nationals tend to move to any location unlike native people, that's
an important factor they get the jobs.
3) By statistics provided by dept of revenue 98% of all Indian immigrants (
highest among all people) pay their taxes promptly and correctly.
4) All H1Bs pay for social in taxes and are not eligible to claim benefits
when they lose jobs.But they never complain.
5) All H1Bs spouse's despite having all educational qualifications and job
experiences can not work (by law) and so they opt to stay as home makers and
families live on one income.But they never complain.
6) Yes,Indians are a closed a society people and are shy to mingle but that
is because of cultural difference and thier thick accents.They are usually
sidelined in social gatherings.But they never complain.
7) Indians are the most prefered choice of all the bankers for giving loans
as their default (not paying) rate is the lowest.They are levied higher
interest rates for home loans because of their visa status But they never
complain.
8)Indians are the safest people with very low (almost NIL) crime rates (
this for Indian immigrants who are in US) but still few people segregate
them because their skin color and asian faces. But they never complain.
9) Yes, their food is too spicy but it is an aquired taste.
10)Yes, they work hard.Even people who are not so smart, they work for more
hours to catch up with others.But they never complain.
11) All H1B jobs are needed by law to have a pay scale of atleast 45 K or
more and so the argument that they work for less is not true.
12) 60K jobs for H1Bs per annum, they are rationed for ALL FOREIGN nationals
..out of which Indians might grab a majority of share around 20-25k which
on a whole when you see is very minimal when you consider the entire job#s
and also the benefit they are ccreating to the economy.
13) It takes 15-20 years for Indians to get a green card and untill then
they have to bear yearly fees to the immigration dept on various aspects
like renewals of visa etc. But they never complain.
This is just for informative purposes only. We have all kinds of people
every where and yes I agree that law should punish who ever violates the law
of land.
Hope this changes atleast few people's perspectives (am sure many might
differ despite showing facts)....and last but not least ...on this holy land
every one is an immigrant...some may be first gen and others might be 2,3,4

1. American IT giants are nearly completely run over by Indian thief,
who steal credits, steal projects, steal jobs and discriminate against
American IT workers. Cisco, Vmware, qualcom have almost all Indian
engineers even in headquarters. IBM are majority Indian, Oracle,
Microsoft, Intel are nearly there.
The big companies have the cash hoard to buy Indian managers' buddies
startups. They all promote and hire Indians more than Americans. Now the
words in silicon valley says: "you have to have an Indian
cofounder in order to get funded". Any wonder Indians found 30% of high
tech startups? Not because the indians are any better in high tech (
witness the miserable state of Indian high tech economy), but the indians
are better at parasitizing and thieving American companies.
2. Indians use about 10 times H1b visas than any other country. Think
about that. Are there 10 times more high tech workers than any other
country?
Top 10 users of H1b visas are ALL Indian contracting companies, except
Microsoft. They are living off American taxpayers' contracts including
Obamacare websites (many miserable failures), and stealing American jobs
and discriminating against American workers.
Do the thieves living high off their thieveries, still complain?
3. yes they pay taxes, but they are taking over the nerve centers
of American, cutting Americans' IT talent pipeline. Witness what
happened when Target outsourced their IT department to India.
Within 2 years, Target was hit with a massive credit card breach while
its Indian staff ignored all warnings. Target's CIO and CEO lost
their jobs.
Witness what happened when Ebay outsourced and h1bed many of
their IT and engineering functions to India and Indians. Ebay was also hit
with a huge breach involving 100+M customer data being lost.
Witness what happened Symantec who outsourced their customer service
to India and reporters could buy Symantec's customer credit cards on the
streets
of Delhi.
Witness the hardworking American STEM graduates from elite universities
turned down by Indian managers who hire their village friends with fake
resumes by planeloads. Talented people like Jack Dorsey, unemployed and
looking for shoesalesman jobs. Some like Jack Dorsey hit it big with
twitter, but most cut down their ambitions, delayed their careers, even lost
their dream became a sales clerk instead.
Are these lost youth, lost credit cards, lost logins, lost security worth
the taxes the Indian H1bs pay out of their stolen income?

移民改革就是加H1B，但是不准4-5个用的最多
ICC申请。（这几个每一个都差不多搬运6000H1B/年，
跟老中全部差不多了） 老美知道美国需要H1B，但是
70-80%烙印？ 他们也知道烙印game the system,
需要收拾。
其他无数国家H1B，像北欧，东欧，中国，都没有
烙印这恶性，老中必须参与反烙印，可免误伤。 老中不参与反
烙印，反而容易被别的国家来误伤。
