平时主要做得是manual testing, automation也做过一点,但本人编程非常差。是不是
大公司召的tester都是要会coding的, 不会要manual tester的?
现在也在积极复习coding, 如果大家有testing相关的职位能否推荐我一下?现在这里谢

1, small group or company =! they will not help you with green card.
Sometimes, it is even an advantage. Because you can easily talk to your
supervisor or HR directly, as well as the attorney.
2, I admit manual testing is hard to get a job or good salary. So here are
some suggestions.
a, if you can learn SQL fast, then do it. SQL is easy and basic SQL is
enough. When you have strong SQL on your resume, you can try to work for
back end test, which increases the jobs you can do.
b, ask for more work regarding Jenkins, Github. So that you can be a
release engineer or release manager. You have hands-on experience on manual
testing, thats good. Of course, you are working with UIs, Devs and PMs or
even architects, so try to find a way to turn yourself to be in a management
level, such as PM, release manager is another good way. This requires your
English for sure.
I have encountered the same issue as you do now. Exactly the same. I have no
CS background, like you maybe. But anyway, wish you can overcome the
blocker.
