雇主觉得刚雇佣到的劳工不满意了，就会找机会解聘。
为什么劳工不可以做类似的事情？

和RSU也不会有。所以这不算浪费公司的钱。至于时间，面试的过程中面试官也能知晓
应聘者过去的一些项目技术细节，这也不算浪费时间。我觉得两周就辞职没问题。
