感觉都还不错，来自公司和recruiter的反馈都说是positive。
onsite之后跟recruiter多次email/电话交流，recruiter一直想探我的口风是不是会接
受offer，但是onsite至今快2周也没拿到口头或者书面offer。recruiter还不停的问我
是不是有申请其他的公司，我老实告诉了他我还申了另外一个。感觉上公司在等
recruiter的反馈再决定是不是要发正式offer。这个recruiter应该是资历很老的，跟
我面试的公司关系也很深厚。
最近一次email联系，我跟recruiter说在没拿到offer之前，我希望能keep open for
all possibilities，结果recruiter直接问你说的possiblities都是哪些公司，还问我
对这个公司是不是还有什么不满意的。
第一次通过recruiter找工作，感觉有点摸不清对方的具体角色，不知道能给对方透露
多少信息，也不确定对方提供的反馈有多准确。
想请教大家，这个recruiter的做法算不算正常，我应该怎么回应，我是不是应该加紧
申请别的公司。

-- Jon hunting is a business process, "老实告诉了" is not the way for any
business. Should avoid from now on.

You know now days there are so many channels and medias for job openings and
for candidates, therefore, frankly to say, a candidate may apply other
companies if they like.
For this company, I am waiting for you tell me the good news.

第三方的recruiter公司额外给他你第一年工资的很大的一个百分比,20-30吧
