要求有5年以上工作经验，实际上也不严格，如果你有solid的工业界project经验，两
三年也可以考虑。最近面了几个人，感觉data scientist和engineer之间还是有gap，
虽然两者都会的人有不少，总量还是不足。我们手里有不少machine learning和
statistics背景不错的人，有些在学术界有经验，但是工程能力上总是短缺好大一块，
不需要你有丰富的production code经验，甚至python写得比较熟练也就足够了。但是
面的人写点基本的代码相当困难。问什么是hash table完全没概念，之类的。
bar是一点儿都不高，只要两边都会就可以了。但是一直招不来人。

该来这里发个帖子。
年初的时候，平均一个月才会被安排一次面试，最近两个月基本上每个星期都有，甚至
不止一次。所以个人感觉近期是招人旺季，尤其是Fiber这边扩张的非常厉害，有兴趣
的朋友不妨试试。
如果是最近一年内面过Google的朋友最好再等等，虽说确实也有人一年内面两次通过的
，但以我之前的内推经验大部分都不行。稍微提一下准备的方法，Leet一定要刷，刷到
可以任选一题都能直接过的程度，因为遇到原题的可能性不大，但是遇到变种题的机会
很大。大部分的面试官都不会整天琢磨想些新奇的题目来考人（没时间，没动力），普
遍的做法都是选一些有代表性的题目自己加以变种，而这些题目Leet基本都涵盖了。刷
完之后，去网上论坛看面经，尤其是Google的面经，多看看有好处，最好是看到的面经
题目都要亲自做一遍，做一遍，做一遍，重要的事情说三遍。

Job Summary
The iPhone HW team is looking for a HW/SoC/SW low level failure analysis
engineer. This person will be responsible for hands-on failure analysis and
system problem root cause debugging using SW tools at the boundary between
HW, core silicon, and SW, from system bring up through various pre-
production phases to production ramp and field return periods.
Key Qualifications
Experience in low level HW software development and debugging, preferred on
smartphone/embedded systems.
Experience in rapid and logical failure analysis by SW methods.
Experience in low level programming languages (Asm, C, C++) and scripting
languages (Python, Shell, Tcl).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Schedule driven. Active/positive, eager to learn and explore attitudes.
Ownership and leadership to drive the solution of complex problems across
multiple teams and domains.

Description
Hands-on experiences on board bring up, debugging system booting/resetting/
hanging/freezing/sluggish/performance/battery drain issues etc. Solid
understanding on booting process, general knowledge of OS/RTOS. Proficient
in the use of JTAG SW debugging tools and symbol level debugging
environments (lldb/gdb). Solid embedded system knowledge at the hardware,
core silicon, and software (OS/bootloader/driver) levels. Ability to build
and work with RTOS tools & environments (such as iOS/Android/QNX). Reverse
engineering diagnosis skills to find the root cause of open-ended problems
in complex embedded systems. Ability to read schematics to enable in-system
debugging.

该来这里发个帖子。
年初的时候，平均一个月才会被安排一次面试，最近两个月基本上每个星期都有，甚至
不止一次。所以个人感觉近期是招人旺季，尤其是Fiber这边扩张的非常厉害，有兴趣
的朋友不妨试试。
如果是最近一年内面过Google的朋友最好再等等，虽说确实也有人一年内面两次通过的
，但以我之前的内推经验大部分都不行。稍微提一下准备的方法，Leet一定要刷，刷到
可以任选一题都能直接过的程度，因为遇到原题的可能性不大，但是遇到变种题的机会
很大。大部分的面试官都不会整天琢磨想些新奇的题目来考人（没时间，没动力），普
遍的做法都是选一些有代表性的题目自己加以变种，而这些题目Leet基本都涵盖了。刷
完之后，去网上论坛看面经，尤其是Google的面经，多看看有好处，最好是看到的面经
题目都要亲自做一遍，做一遍，做一遍，重要的事情说三遍。

首先我内推的是HBO coding labs，是一个比较新的部门，大概两年左右，但是HBO已经
存在很久了。主要业务是HBO 的streaming service，从前端到后端，design 到
testing，反正IT公司该有的都有了。公司在西雅图downtown，离高速很近，算是在
downtown里交通比较方便的了。刚搬了新楼，办公条件挺不错的。
技术stack，就后端而言，这要是nodejs + AWS， 有少量的GO，反正各种时髦的技术都
有用，比如Docker/Kuburnetes. 具体要求可以参考：

待遇方面，每个人差别很大，大部分是从微软 和 Amazon 过来的，也有Google来的，
所以估计是看人给的。 HBO最好的地方就是work life balance了，大部分时候非常闲
，我们的口号是每天工作四小时，剩下的时间创新：） 所以性价比估计要比大部分
的公司都高。
人员方面，中国人很多，都很nice。
面试方面，主要是算法加design，应该不会问具体你用没用过A语言之类的问题。我面
的时候基本是leetcode中等难度高一点。但是好像最近hiring bar我感觉提高了很多。
不刷题的还是算了吧。
工作经验方面，后端需要对应微软LV62以上的，前端稍微低一些。工作经验不够或者
不match的很难拿到面试机会。

Computer Vision Engineer (San Jose, CA)
We are currently looking for experienced software engineers to join our San
Jose office to develop algorithms and pipelines for autonomous technologies.
As a software engineer you will help develop state-of-the-art localization
& mapping algorithms that combine data from a wide variety of sensors.
Responsibilities:
• Performance evaluation of different LiDAR/Camera sensors
• Develop state-of-the-art 3D localization & mapping algorithms
• Develop both high-performance and high-quality software
• Performance analysis and code review
Education:
• Ph.D. or M.S. in robotics, computer science, mathematics, or a
related field
Qualifications:
• Experience with 3D point cloud data
• Proven research and development expertise in LiDAR based
localization/SLAM
• Hands on experience with SLAM, EKF, and commonly used sensing
technologies (e.g. camera, LIDAR, IMU, encoder).
• Excellent C/C++ development skills on Linux platforms
• Strong background in math, estimation theory and optimal
filtering
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Publication track record at top tier conferences or journals in
the field of localization/SLAM
