前招做电动汽车的人，就只能叫recruiter去定向挖人，不可能在官网上大势公布的。
一旦特斯拉的hr抢先知道这种信息，一些核心人才可能挖不过来，就算挖得过来，成本
也会陡增。这种事情前几年国内发生过很多。
