如果H1B没抽中，小弟可能继续读master或PHD，也就是说用F1来等绿卡获批。

只要那个公司给你申请等着就好了。

发帖数: 605 | 6 职业绿卡是以你当时的position来算的。不然何必去打广告，做perm？
职业绿卡申请的理由本就是因为你的无法取代，才需要为你申请永久居住权。如果
position都没了，可能还能让你申请。
虽然说你140批了，然后你就在排队了，pd在。如果你跳槽，那好说，新公司重新申请
，relink上你的pd就好了。如果你在f1，就算你排期到了，你file 485，马上就会悲剧
的。

申请了绿卡，没办法去申请非移民VISA

不一定需要现在就上班，只要公司保留这个职位到你上班为止，所以可以等待你正式拿
到绿卡再上班。我不是律师，估计律师会更明白

1. 你转f1都不能转。 非移民签证在140之后无法申请。
2. 有公司愿意为你保留。
你看的这个information太general了，其实并没有谈到这方面问题。 |

发帖数: 605 | 14 可是如果你是公司的绿卡，你file 485，有180天rule。这块我就真不知道了，是公司
可以withdraw还说是gov不允许了。。。
