establishment in 2011. We offer expertise in tax, consulting and small
business bookkeeping service.
Currently we are looking for an internship position to join our team. The
individual would be a quick learner, self-starter and adventurer for a wide
variety of accounting work.
Position Description & Responsibility
Business tax return and complex individual tax return preparation,
including payroll tax, franchise tax, sales tax and business property tax
reporting
Small business bookkeeping and financial statement preparation by
utilizing QuickBooks
Reconciliation and review monthly/quarterly/ year-end bank
statement and financial statement, preparing adjusting journal entries and
depreciation schedule
Business evaluation and analysis
General office management duty and customer service as needed
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. Advanced degree
is preferred
Previous accounting internship experience preferred
Actively working toward CPA certification, if not already obtained
Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following basic qualifications
Excellent time management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and
written
Excellent MS office skills. Prior QuickBooks experience preferred,
but not required
Ability to handle pressure in a positive, professional manner
Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness
combined with a
Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and
complete assignments
Dedicated to superior client service. Strong organizational skills
and attention to
Bilingual in Chinese required
This position is an internship with NO compensation; we are willing to work
with your institution to offer collegiate credits. This will be a potential
