I hope all is well. I wanted to get you an update on everything. The group
really liked you. However, had something more specific in mind for you after
the interview took place. We think you would be a great fit within the Data
Engineering organization here. It would be a great match for your
background, and there are already people here who are interest in you J.
Would it be alright if I introduced you to the recruiter here who handles
those types of roles? He would be able to have a great conversation with you
about everything.
This would mean 2 more interviews with us potentially though. One focused on
SQL, and one focused on Data Modeling. These would take place over VC so
you wouldn’t need to travel again, and we could get them scheduled ASAP for
you since I know you have other interviews/offers.
我记得fb的data engineer很坑的，如果我不面data engineer，是不是就是拒信妥妥的
了？

Actually, your coding was good. You did well on that part, and you had good
communication skills as well. Unfortunately, the design portion of the
interview did not go as well. Unfortunately, the system you designed was not
as scalable as we would have wanted, and you’re API was a bit hard to
understand. However, you did do well defining DB tables and cashing. |

对职业发展不好，没有更好的offer就先去，混个fb的牌子一年后再跳

后要加面一轮。或者换个别的组，比如你现在面的是infrastructure，看看能不能面
mobile或者parse之类的，然后再慢慢转。我觉得做data engineer就是个坑，又不是
data scientist

琐的事，以后发展也没法跟SDE比，建议你有其他选择还是不要去的好。

般，挂我我也认了，关键是第三轮国人面试官出了个很难的题，然后又不太愿意我和交
流，那一轮肯定是跪了。祝楼主早拿offer。

Data engineer都是阿三 如果你本身会一些modeling的东西的话 做Data scientist还
是很有意思的 既有paper发也有专利申 |
