9月8好申请了 expedite service ,第二天收到了一封邮件

the Employment Authorization Document is not received.

company letter head that is signed by a company officer must accompany your
request outlining a job offer and a description of the position. You may
also submit any other information which you would like us to consider
regarding your situation.

9/11 我邮寄了了所有的文件包括：job offer, support letter, job description
去 NSC 但是目前还没有消息（09/17/2015）
我一进联系了当地的congressman,09/15收到congressman律师的邮件说会关注我的case.
想请教大家：
我还需要做什么吗？
我的 expedient request是还在审查吗？还是我需要继续重新在申请一次？
大家还有什么好办法崔NCS
