if they are willing to give you an offer, that means they like you.
exploding offer means they like you a lot and want to secure you.
it is unlikely that they will not give you offer just b/c you do not take
the exploding offer.
you can tell them that it is unprofessional, or even disrespectful, and you
don't think that is the right way to treat candidates.
basically, shang gang shang xian, to make them give you a regular offer.

professional,那是你太不会说话了，少见多怪。觉得好就从了。觉得还想试试其他，
就和他说，但也有心里准备，他可能真的就不给你offer了。

all other companies. if you like them a lot, take it. If you don't, ask a
number you like them to beat.
