KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Involved in technology development programs from concept
initiation through commercialization, and be expected to work closely with
the Business Organizations globally.
• Develop credible business cases for new technology programs,
actively participate in the technical development, and lead multi-
disciplinary project execution teams.
• Stay abreast of new technology developments in their field of
expertise, and actively contribute ideas for new programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic:
• PhD degree OR [Master’s degree + 5-yr experience] in Industrial,
Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or Operations Research
• Demonstrate high levels of enthusiasm and leadership capability
with the ability to champion new ideas and technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
• Must be able to interface with internal business partners,
external vendors and customers from a variety of cultures and business
backgrounds
Preferred:
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, specifically in the
Business and Supply Chain Optimization field
• Knowledge and understanding of the industrial gases industry
• Background in data mining, statistics and other modeling
techniques |
