I understand and respect that you may not be open at this time to explore
opportunities, however I wanted to run this role by you as this team has not
hired anyone for the last 3 years. Within this team you would be working
directly with the CTO (who has spent time both in the tech and finance field
) and would like someone of your caliber to join his team and grow this
Multi-Billion Dollar quant-tech trading firm. The average compensation on
this team is between 350-750k (talent and experience are taken into
consideration but not limited within this scope) and Senior Members are well
over 1million. The reason I have you in mind for this team is because, your
experience and educational background are quite similar to your (future)
colleagues. |
