In charge of Account payable, Account receivable, Book keeping and daily
operations
• Perform bank and other account reconciliations
• Cost center analysis, reconciliation, and variance analysis
• Month-end activities, journal entries, advanced GL & account
reconciliation, and accruals
• Financial reporting, preparation of supporting schedules, and
data analysis
• Support inventory control
• Perform cash flow forecasting and budgeting
• Monitor and audit fixed assets purchases
• Support CPA with annual corporate tax, sales tax and property
tax
• Perform Monthly Closing Procedures and Quarterly
Consolidation Package
• Work with Hong Kong and China accounting and finance team
• Ad-hoc tasks when assigned | l******n
