多谢！我网上查了其他学校的international office, 也都是写的最早，
* USCIS accepts STEM OPT applications as early as 90 days prior to the EAD
expiration date. Applications received prior to the 90 days will be denied
差点被我们学校的international office给坑了，他们说必须要在90天的时候寄到。。。
