。适当的照顾国人也没啥不好的,在批量生成的CS 里边,也没有特笨的,只不过每个
人特点不同罢了。
当然每个人都需要为公司尽职尽责,不过工作就是养家糊口。当你真有了本事,你就会
明白帮助那些需要帮助的人了,就是在帮你自己。
虽然我没事本事,经历的所有的老板中,都很帮忙。也许公司文化比较好,不同公司确
实另当别论了。

特强反倒是华人的劣势。烙印在职场整体比华人强,华人如有优势在还混这么差,真是
更该反思下。

你按规则办事,但人家阿三不这么做。阿三可是不管质量如何都想尽办法招进来。
最后的结果就是烂阿三越来越多,但却挤掉了你招的不烂的老中。

chinese engineers. Due to language barriers, techinical supports and
services are full of India engineers, that would provide a channel for them
to transfer to other positions if they do well in their current positions.
Also, due to outsourcing, many companies would bring India engieers from the
outsourcing places to full time employee if they need to hire a full time
employee.

the factor to hire is the communication skill. Chinese managers may hire
chinese and india manager may hire india engineer both from consideration of
how well the candidate can communicate with others.
Getting ahead in techincal field is not hard. As long as you are qualified,
they beg you to join in today's job markets. They need qualified people to
do the work and most of time, they cannot find them. Not other way around.
There are more options for chinese engineers, you can join chinese companies
in US if the langugae is your barrier.
