联系说，组里给offer，要等最后一个director签名，但是他在休假，预期上周五或者
这周一给offer，但是等到今天，小蜜来信这么说：
my apologies for the delay. it is still the teams intention to make an offer
to you but we are having some push back from the business operation
director. Now, he is out for the rest of the week. We won't be able to get
confirmation until next week. blabla...
请问大家这种情况正常吗？不至于收回offer吧？ 小蜜说的push back只是说时间上有
些把这件事情延迟了吧，不是说这个director有不同意的意愿吧？谢谢大家。一般这个
阶段，business operation director管这件事情吗？还是只是走走过场签字。
是一个几千人的中型公司，做data。 |
