我现在academic lab做个小领导，full time，工资不高，胜在稳定+benefits比较好
现在有机会去业界大公司做contractor，不知道值不值得跳 |

Associate Scientist I is pretty low in novartis, usually is for fresh master
and salary is about 6w.
Scientist I is for fresh phd or < 3 years postdoc experience.
Scientist title in pharmaceutical companies is cheap, expect genentech.
Money talks everything, Associate Scientist in genentech is 2x salary in
novartis. |

scientist i or ii吧。 还有挺多novartis的title是investigator的，一般工资得在
90k-100k以上吧。 |

发帖数: 3283 | 16 还是有一些的，基本都是experienced人，靠配偶的福利然后做contractor拿更高的
hourly pay
不过像楼主这种二道贩子打杂的位置，基本上被分掉30%以后也剩不下多少钱，完全没
必要
而且这种小staffing firm群发大公司的contracor位置一个月能收到几百封，不知道楼
主为啥会屁颠屁颠地来这问。。。。
