Position: Accounting Manager
Job Description:
SevenShopper, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Controller who have strong
analytical, technology,
communication, and organizational skills. This position generally requires
at least five years of
experience in accounting. The candidates should be familiar in using
NetSuite and QuickBooks.
Accounting Manager responsibilities:
Manage monthly accounting close process, ensuring timely and
accurate completion of all
tasks.
Review cashflow projection with CEO and Procurement Dept bi-weekly
and monthly
financial reports with CEO and management group.
Hire and train bookkeeper to do account receivable reconciliations
and research
procurement accounts payable issues.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records and
financial systems. Assist with
the transition from QB accounting system to NetSuites
Maintain a stable relationship with outsourced vendors including
Amazon and monitor
trends and variances in their performance.
Assist in developing an inventory audit process.
Position-Specific Competencies
Able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, banks, tax
and audit firms, insurance
providers and legal counsel.
Must be well versed and have hands-on experience with cost and
general accounting.
Understand the entire accounting package.
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills. Highly
detailed oriented and organized.
Minimum Qualifications
Bs Accounting and at least 5 years’ experience in accounting.
Industry experience with inventory and job costing
Experience with NetSuite preferred
CPA or CPA track preferred.

price and place orders. He
or she also need to follow up with shipping and delivery, and constantly
doing inventory
replenishment. His/her job responsibilities include but not limit to:
Responsibilities:
Product Research: Procurement specialists evaluate and compare
products and services to
determine which best meet the organization’s needs.
Cost analysis: Obtaining goods at the right cost can determine
whether the company achieves
profitability. Cost is also a factor when setting prices for the company’s
products or services
which must be in line with what the market will support.
Inventory control: the procurement specialist oversees the
inventory and places orders when
supplies run low.
Negotiating price: Negotiation is a major share of the procurement
specialist’s job. After
securing the best pricing, terms and delivery options for each product or
service, they send out a
purchase order.
Projecting future needs: the procurement specialist needs to manage
current needs, also work

procurement target
while also help the department manager establish and execute company’s
overall strategy and
plans for our supplier management process, price negotiation strategy,
vendor line of credit and
purchaser management. This role will support the Department manager in
improving productivity,
supplier management process, integrated business management and supplier
network optimization.
His/her job responsibilities include but not limit to:
Responsibilities:
Contact vendors, negotiate price, and place orders and hit his/her
personal monthly procurement
target.
Supervise 2 to 5 product researcher and procurement specialists,
drive their performance and
talent development and management.
Drive strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation with key
suppliers.
Assist manager to develop and implement appropriate KPI to drive
continuous improvement in
supplier performance and fulfillment metrics.
Sets expectations and targets for the team’s daily, weekly and
monthly targets and monitor the
team’s performance.
Leads the process that ensures proper prioritization, allocation,
escalation and communication to
guarantee inventory replenishment to support sales.
Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience in procurement or sales in the
wholesale industry and currently
seeking to transit to a management position.
3 to 5 years’ ecommerce related experience preferred.
Prior experience in managing a procurement team preferred.
