Is it possible for a doctor from China to apply visiting scholar in a US
hospital? One of my uncle wants to come over here to visit a US hospital as
a visiting scholar. He is a vice Dean of major hospital in a small city in
Shandong province. He is a very well respected surgeon locally. Thank you
