1. A bachelor's degree in mechanical or other Engineering background;
2. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and requirements.
3. Ability to organize and manage multiple ongoing projects and
coordinate assembly and testing with team members and other required
resources.
4. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
