Application Analyst
Requirements:
• Min 5 years experience in Java coding, preferably in
manufacturing applications
• Must have worked primarily on custom developed solutions, and
have been dedicated to at least 3 full project lifecycles from review of
requirements through optimization of post-testing results, and initial post-
launch support
• Can speak and write in Mandarin (Chinese language) fluently
• Technologies: Java, MS/SQL Server, JSP, Servlets, OPC, RMI, JDBC,
CVS, ANT, Eclipse
• Demonstrated skills in client/customer interface, interpretation
of business and technical requirements, and coding
• Has frequently been known as the Java go-to individual during his
/her past assignments
• Track record of meeting tight deadlines under difficult
circumstances
• Adheres to and consistently applies Java development industry
standards and recognized leading
• Accustomed to working with 3-tier architecture solutions
• High degree of customer consciousness
• Effective communication skills
• Experience integrating data acquisition devices and control
systems, such as PLCs, Gages, serial devices with IT manufacturing
applications a plus
• Knowledge/experience of MES systems a plus
Duties:
• Analyze, design, develop and support the Engine Tracking
application.
• Work very closely with various team members to ensure abilities
for the applications to interface and capture data accurately from various
shop floor control systems
• Ensure high-quality, proper, and consistent documentation of
solution requirements
• Estimate, commit, and deliver on project deliverables.
