Job duties and requirements are as follows
Design, implementation, debugging and testing of sophisticated analog
circuits and digital circuits based on DSP and micro controllers. Experience
in overall product development including conceptual design, feasibility
study, prototyping and commercialization is preferred. PCB layout skill is a
big plus. Please note this is NOT an IC/ASIC engineer position.
B.S. degree in electrical engineering is required. M.S. degree is strongly
preferred.
The candidate must be highly focused, result-oriented, hands-on and highly
motivated. New graduates with strong capability, excellent working ethics
and relevant extensive training are welcome to apply.

我有朋友在这个公司工作过。在San Diego当地，此公司在圈中声誉很差。
这是个中国人公司，就30个人左右，巨tough，大家工作都只说中文。老板是两个很虚
伪的中国人，经常骂人，而且是以很伤自尊的方式，类似于人身攻击。公司里全是中国
移民，等着办身份，待遇和工作环境也极差，号称高科技公司，连401k都没有，老板连
空调都不让开。大部分中国人在那里干不到两年就赶紧走人。这也是为什么该公司不断
贴帖子招人的原因。而且据说离开后想找老板写封推荐材料证明工作经历都被拒绝。
该公司从来不通过正式职业招聘网站招美国技术人员，只在各地的中国人论坛贴招聘启
事招想办身份的中国人，这样有利于压榨和控制。即使出现侵犯员工权益的地方，考虑
到身份需求，员工只好选择忍气吞声。
大家如果有的选择，千万别去这个地方。
