Qualifications: • Minimum 4 years experience in CNC Programming.
• Must display good communication skills.
• Must be PC literate, with knowledge of Word Processing and
spreadsheet use.
• Good working knowledge of manufacturing techniques.
• Good technical, communication and computer skills.
• Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T.
• A highly skilled individual who can utilize project management
skills to bring machined products from the quote stages to production.
Experience: • Associates Degree in Machine Tool Technology or BS
Degree in Manufacturing Engineering desirable.
• Pro/Engineer , Pro/Manufacture ( ProE Wildfire ) experience.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Experience in designing machining fixtures for metal components.
Hydraulic fixture experience a plus.
• Foundry and casting experience.
• Experience with quoting machine cycle time and costs.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
• Hands-on CNC machining with Vertical and Horizontal Milling
Machines or Lathes. Fanuc control experience preferred.
• Specify, procure, and deploy tooling for the machining of
castings.
• Proficient utilization of software such as Surfcam or Pro/
Manufacturing to create CNC programs.
• Lead and participate in process improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process to support production.
