Senior Mechanical Engineer
Job Description
Location: Cincinnati, OH. Support H-1B visa if necessary. Partial relocation
package negotiable.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3-5 years related working experience, especially in a
wholesale distributor environment
· Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering in a
credited US university preferred
· Advanced degree preferred
· Professional Engineer Certificate preferred
· Experience with Air Tool industry preferred
· Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
· Strong Leadership skills
· Familiarity with US regulations in tool industry
· Willing to work evening hours sometimes
Responsibilities:
· Provide support to Sales & Marketing department to understand
customer’s development needs
· Understand customer’s product development requirements and
communicate effectively with the R&D department in China
· Collaborate with R&D department to accomplish new product
development projects
· Monitor and communicate project status, business issues between R&
D department, Sales & Marketing department and clients
· Act as key presenter & reviewer in technical reviews.
· Assure proper technical document in place for the assigned
projects and/or tasks
· Develop targeted action plan that both anticipate and respond to
problems areas
