Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead – Hop2.com (pls send resume to

We are seeking a strong engineer with experience in working with and leading
an international team of developers to help develop the future of Hop2.com
– the Leader in International Travel.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our IT team in China/Taiwan to provide technical
guidance and direction
- 4+ years programming experience
- Functional programming language (JavaScript / Python / Lisp / Scala /
Ruby / Erlang)
- Technical lead for 2+ years
Required Skills:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
- 6+ years programming experience
- Functional programming language (JavaScript / Python / Lisp / Scala /
Ruby / Erlang)
- Technical lead for 2+ years
- Experience with outsourcing development
- Managed through a Product life cycle (spec / develop / release / maintain)
- SQL
- Able to quickly learn any new language or technology
Preferred:
- Erlang and C# programming exposure
- GIT version control experience
- AWS / cloud environment
- Travel industry experience a plus
Education:
- US University Degree in CS
