2012年海外留学人才招聘公告
中央财经大学位于北京市区，是中国教育部直属的国家“211工程”重点建设高校和“
国家优势学科创新平台”项目首批试点高校，是首批实施“长江学者奖励计划”的人文
社科类院校，也是承担国家援外项目培训发展中国家政府高级官员的学校。中央财经大
学国防经济与管理研究院是国内首家独立设置，以国防经济、国防管理、国际战略与国
防教育为主要内容的专业性学术研究机构。研究院是应用经济学一级学科国家重点学科
组成单位、“211工程”项目建设单位、博士后流动站设站单位、博士硕士学位授权学
科点和中央财经大学重点研究基地。经学校批准，研究院2012年拟引进海外留学人才、
在国外工作华人和外籍专家若干名，具体如下：
1．学科：国防经济、管理或国际安全、国际政治经济、国际战略、国际关系、冲突与
和平科学、国防工业、国防预算、安全与经济学等相关学科或与此有关的其他广泛学科。
2．要求：
（1）有较好的学术素质、个人品格和团队合作精神。
（2）具有良好的双语国际交流能力与较高的科研素养，具备较好的学术成长性。
3.招聘类别：
（1）在国外大学学习的留学人才。此类人才须能于2012年底前获得博士学位并经教育
部留学服务中心认证。此时段不能获学位的亦可联系参加后续年份招聘。
（2）在国外相关大学和科研机构工作的华人学者。
（3）外籍专家。
留学人才原则上需要全职回国工作，华人学者和外籍专家可全职工作或每年来校工作几
个月。具体要求等（如有）可联系商谈。

Recruitment of Institute of Defense Economics and Management,
Central University of Finance and Economics in 2012
Located in downtown Beijing, the capital of China, and established in 1949,
Central University of Finance and Economics （CUFE）, under the leadership
of the Ministry of Education, is one of the leading comprehensive
universities covering extensive disciplines in law, arts, sciences and
engineering, and it is also distinguished in economics and management. It is
one of the 100 universities to which the Chinese government has attached
top priority for the 21st Century. The Institute of Defense Economics and
Management (IDEM) of the CUFE is a scholarly organization engaged in the
theoretical research in defense economics, defense management, international
strategy and defense education in Mainland China. The IDEM is a part of the
nationally focused disciplines in Applied Economics. As a key research
center of the CUFE, the IDEM is funded by the Project 211, has a mobile post
-doctoral station，and is qualified in granting Master and Doctoral degrees.
We, the IDEM, are looking to recruit talented scholars in the year 2012.
Specific requirements are as follows:
1. Research Areas: defense economics, defense management, international
security, international political economy, international strategy,
international relations, conflict and peace science, defense industry,
defense budget, security, economics or related areas. Other related wide
areas.
2. Requirements:
1) Good political quality, individual character and teamwork Spirit;
2) Good bilingual skills in international communication, excellent
scientific literacy, and better academic growth.
3. The "ideal" candidates:
1) Graduates from top foreign universities. You must get your doctorate
authenticated by the Ministry of Education's Service Centre for Scholarly
Exchange before the end of 2012. If not, you can also contact us for the
subsequent year’s recruitment.
2) Chinese scholars of foreign universities and research institutions.
3) Foreign experts.
Graduates must be full-time, Chinese scholars and foreign experts can be
