join our social marketing and support teams and help us build relationships

Job Title: Social Media & Support Intern
Job Location: Santa Clara, CA
Hours Weekly: At least 15 hours/week
Days Per Week: At least 3 days/week
Length of Internship: Minimum 3 months
Training: Orientation and Training Provided
Responsibilities
* Work alongside the Head of Marketing and Director of Support to respond to
questions and issues regarding TrustGo products via social media, email and
phone
* Learn how to troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate software, hardware,
networking, and system issues
* Work with the engineering team to identify and document tech support
issues and improve issue handling by following technical support and
tracking procedures.
Desired Qualifications
* Basic knowledge for Android OS
* Basic knowledge and ability to navigate a variety of social media
* An intrinsic understanding of the sensitivities of mobile user data and
security
* A high level of patience and a good sense of humor
* An interest and aptitude in problem solving and troubleshooting
* A desire to work with people
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain issue tracking
records

tasks and responsibilities. The candidate will be able to remain flexible as
TrustGo grows and changes.
