我们公司是制造业领域的中型公司， 总部在chicago西郊， 在美国3地有工厂， 其他
工厂在英国和中国。 现想找1-2名工程师（主要是将来派往中国工厂， 由于中国生意
增加）， 专业是ceramic, chemical, refracotry material, METALLURGICAL.
要求：
1， 中英文具佳， （听说读写， 专业和口语）
2， prefer BS + 5 yrs or master + 2 yrs . （phd就over-qualified）
3, 将在我们的美国工厂训练实习工作一段时间, 然后回中国天津工厂工作。
4，应工作需要能够频繁地在中美之间飞来飞去。
5, 如果工作表现好， 过了probation， 办h1b。
