• Solid C# skills and design patterns.
• Unit testing skills and or TDD experience.
• Solid skills in at least SQL for storing/retrieving data.
• WCF Data Services (OData) experience, or similar web API
experience.
• Hands on medium to large project experience with ASP.NET MVC.
• Expert level HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• jQuery, or similar, experience a plus.
• Azure experience a plus.
• Client side performance optimizations.
Scenarios to be comfortable with:
• Can write Ajax web applications without libraries if needed.
• Can build and architect full end-to-end web applications
like a full featured CMS or a Web Commerce application in ASP.NET MVC
• Comfortable with modern HTML5 and JavaScript practices (
should know terms like “semantically correct HTML”, “Progressive
Enhancement, or unobtrusive JavaScript”)
