Job Description: Marketing/Sales Support Trainee
Skills/Requirements:
- Bilingual -- English and Chinese (Mandarin) a MUST.
- MUST be familiar with common office software: Word, Excel, Powerpoint,
Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a BIG PLUS
- Knowledge of technology (computers, printers, networks, etc.) is a PLUS
- College Degree in Marketing/Business/Finance preferred but not required
- Experience in Life & Health insurance industry preferred but not
required
Marketing Duties:
- Draft, design, and prepare marketing materials;
- Maintain and update company website to promote events, update
information, etc.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for use in training seminars, special
events, etc.
- Recruit new producers and earn BONUSES
- Brainstorm new ways to expand and grow our business
Sales Support Duties:
- Provide product sales support to our producers
- Run product comparisons/Prepare sales illustrations
- Provide contracting/licensing support to our producers
- Facilitate communications between producers and carriers
- Assist in case management duties
- Miscellaneous office tasks
