industry and academic institutes is looking for a bi-lingual paralegal. In
this position, you will assist the attorneys to draft specialized support
letters and prepare immigration documents. You will also translate documents
from English to Chinese and visa versa. Other duties include correspondence
/email and telephone interface with clients and corporate personnel. You
will work on a wide variety of cases and processes alongside our attorneys.
Requirement: at least a Bachelor's degree in English or law is preferred.
Excellent English writing skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal
and communication skills. Must have a detailed approach to handling multiple
projects and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Employment-based
immigration experience preferred but not required. We sponsor H-1B working
visa.
