- Bachelor degree and/or above
- Financial modeling, trend analysis, cash flow projections
- NPV and IRR calculations as well as DCF's.
- Responsible for due diligence, valuations and waterfall scenarios.
- Real estate industry as well as private equity experience (3-5 years
working experience)
- Advanced with Excel handling heavy data analytics tasks as well as
utilizing pivot tables, v-look up and h-look up to manipulate and present
data
- Bilingual (English and Chinese)
