PWC is seeking experienced public accounting talent to join their core
assurance practice as a seasonal associate. The seasonal associates will be
offered comparable benefits to a full-time employee, yet will have the
flexibility to work 4 months out of the year, including a competitive salary
, overtime pay, and bonus structure based on performance. If you happen to

Seasonal Audit Senior Associate-
· Thorough knowledge of public accounting audit practices and
procedures
· Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States (U.
S. GAAP)
· United States Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (U.S. GAAS)
· Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)
· Thorough knowledge of first level review of basic audit work
reports
· Minimum Years of Experience Necessary: 3
· BA or BS in Accounting or business related
· Must have passed the CPA exam, license preferred
