EDA skills: Spectre, Matlab, ADS etc tools for IC development
1. With a proven track of lead the spec's development of certain PMICs.
2. Developed at least two successful PMICs below:
×high frequency DC/DC(buck or boost)
×requirement: high voltage DCDC with 3MHz switch frequency or above;
×or ultra fast response DCDC;
×or current mode DCDC with 1MHz switch frequency or above;
×Σ-Δ ADC with 14bit at least。
×high-precision gas gauge IC。
×>2.5A switch mode charger。
3. With experience worked on PMIC's from spec to final production,with well
understanding for PMIC debug, verification, spec measurments, board design
and ATE test；
4. Familiar with the power device and technology node selection."
