Position Title: Office Administrator
Location: Santa Ana, California
Job Description:
Everfine is a well-known manufacturer of LED and lighting measurement
instruments.

This role will be performing a variety of administrative and staff support
services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Answer and respond to telephone calls and customers’ needs
2. Handle mail, including daily invoices/receipts and bank statements
3. Receive and process customer orders and invoices on a daily basis
4. Maintain customer files
5. Manage space coordination, new employee setup, and procurement of
goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies and
facility requests
6. Assist in production, product pick-up and product delivery schedules
7. Assist in inventory management
8. Maintain personnel records, including attendance records
9. Provide support to manager including help with a wide variety of tasks
, including planning and coordinating domestic and international travel,
expense reports and keeping them informed of changes to business operations
processes and policies
10. Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
 Two years college associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree
preferred
 Must be able to work in a results-oriented, fast-paced
environment as part of a team
 Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able
and willing to work without direct supervision
 Must have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to
resolve complex issues independently
 Must be familiar with computers, including Microsoft Office (
Excel, Word, Outlook) and related programs
 General bookkeeping and accounting skills
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required
Work Schedule: Full Time (8:00am-5:00pm)
